“GAEC du Bois Joly”, in Vendée, is a farm specialized in rabbit (600 females) and bovine production (50 brood cows). This farm produces solid manure on a discontinuous basis. First of all, GAEC’s farmer decided to change the way of farm managing in order to reduce energy consumption. Therefore, they developed a grassy system for the cow. Later, they found a way to manage the manure of the farm, due to the obligation of manure regulation.
