The name of the householder of this case study is Seamus O’Shea; he lives in a private bungalow in a busy town of Tipperary region. His decision to apply to the SERVE project was initially based on the fact that work needed to be done. As a result of his participation in the project, Mr. O’Shea was really satisfied with all measures installed in the house and found that quality of work, value of money and overall experience within SERVE have been really excellent.
