The house, located in Cudville Green, was built in the 1980’s. It is constructed of cavity walls with a standard pitched roof. To the rear there is a conservatory built in the last few years. The house has been extensively upgraded to include significantly higher thermal performance standards on almost every energy loss element: cavity wall insulation, roof insulation, high efficiency condensing boiler, heating controls, high efficiency wood burning stove, low U Value windows, LED Lighting.
