Case study – Mr. Finucane’s experience in Cloughjordan eco village, Ireland

The case study reports the experience of Pa Finucane, the householder interviewed for the purpose of SERVE eco village case study no. 2. Pa has been involved in the eco village project since 2006 as he lives in and operates the ‘Django’s eco hostel’ in the ‘The Village’, Cloughjordan, County Tipperary. His hostel is constructed to a very high standard and consists of 11 en-suite rooms which accommodates 36 beds in total. Pa is very pleased with the structure and organisation of the eco village and stresses further opportunities that the eco village could provide  its inhabitants in the future.
