ASSIST final conference – Fighting Energy Poverty

The ASSIST’s final conference is cancelled, due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in Europe.

What are the barriers and solutions to tackle energy poverty at local and European levels? The answers will be discussed during ASSIST’s Final conference at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels on 2 April 2020.

ASSIST (Support Network for Household Energy Saving) is a European project funded by the European Commission under the H2020 programme. Its aim is to fight energy poverty by actively engaging consumers in the energy market, generating a positive change of behaviour in relation to energy consumption and to influence the design of energy poverty-oriented policies.

The conference “From local to European: barriers and solutions to tackle Energy Poverty” will bring different actors, including stakeholders and policy decision-makers, tackling energy poverty from both local and European levels!
