The event is organized by Tartu Regional Energy Agency & the Union of Baltic Cities, respectively, national expert and national network in Estonia.

The European City Facility (EUCF) offers a lumpsum financial aid (€ 60,000), to support cities, municipalities and groups of municipalities in the development of solid investment plans for projects in sustainable energy.

EUCF also provides hands-on expertise as well as capacity building and peer-to peer support to municipalities to enable the development of sound investment packages and mobilise finance.

The first call opened on the 25th May. Applicants can apply until October the 2nd, 2020.
