Webinar – Valorisation of wheat bran into surfactant molecules

Save the date ! On December 2, the Interreg ValBran is holding a webinar on the theme of valorising wheat bran into biobased surfactants.

On Wednesday, December 2, the Interreg ValBran project consortium is organising a webinar to disseminate its research results after 4 years of work on the theme of valorising wheat bran into biobased surfactants.

Program

During this event, research results will be introduced on various subjects such as the enzymatic synthesis of alkyl glycosides and sugars esters from wheat bran, biophysico-chemical characterization of sugar esters from the ValBran project, enzymatic synthesis and techno-economical analysis of the production of glucose.

Companies will also share their testimony by addressing different topics such as surfactants derived from wheat products, functional green chemistry.
